Refuge Vow Ceremony and Refuge Retreat

With Kelsang Oden- Saturday 8 & Sunday 9 December

During this course we will have an opportunity to take refuge vows and engage in a refuge retreat. By learning how to rely upon Buddha Shakyamuni we can receive his powerful blessings upon our minds, thereby ripening our potential for a peaceful and happy life.

Saturday: 10.30am to 4pm, £25 per person. Sunday session times: 9:00am, 11:30am, 3pm and 7:30pm, £8 per person.

On this retreat we can purify our mind of delusions and negative karma so that we can experience the beauty of our mind.
