These are drop-in classes that consist of guided meditations and a talk giving advice on how to overcome stress and problems and increase our experience of peace and happiness in everyday life. Especially designed for those with little or no experience of meditation, the classes are self contained and open to all.
Questions may be asked informally over tea and biscuits at the end. You do not need to wear special clothes to meditate, and during the class you have the option to sit on a chair or cushions if you prefer.
