Kalpa Bhadra (which means 'Good Fortune' in Sanskrit) is a residential centre in North Wales providing teachings, meditations and retreats on Buddhism and the Buddhist way of life. WELSH DHARMA CELEBRATION

Everyone is welcome to the Welsh Dharma Celebration in Swansea, where the NKT UK National Spiritual Director Kadam Bridget Heyes will be granting the blessing empowerment of Buddha Avalokiteshvara and teaching on taking and giving, a special and practical method to bring inner peace to ourself and others.

EIGHT STEPS TO HAPPINESS

This eBook, Eight Steps to Happiness - The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness is a commentary to one of Buddhism’s best-loved teachings, Eight Verses of Training the Mind, composed by the great Tibetan Buddhist Master, Geshe Langri Tangpa. These eight short verses contain in essence the entire Buddhist spiritual path, with a particular focus on developing loving-kindness.
